This policy explains which data the live results site live.judo.rs processes, why, and what rights you have. It follows the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is Džudo savez Srbije, Strahinjića Bana 73a, 11000 Beograd, Srbija. For any question about your data, write to office@jss.rs or call +381 11 2634 929.

2. No registration

This site has no user accounts, no registration and no forms for sending us your data. Every page can be viewed without leaving any personal data.

3. Competition results

The site shows the contest order, draws, results, rankings and medals of competitions: the competitor's name, club, country, age and weight category. These are published as part of the federation's regular sporting activity and form the public record of results. If you notice a mistake, tell us at admin@jss.rs and we will correct it.

4. Contest videos (YouTube)

Some contests in the draws have a button that plays the contest video. The videos are on the federation's YouTube channel, and this site shows them through the YouTube API Services and the standard YouTube player. The player loads only when you click the button; from then on YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect data about your device and viewing under its own rules. By watching the videos you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to that data.

On our server we store only the video identifier (ID), the contest it belongs to and the status YouTube reports for it (for example public or unlisted). We do not access your YouTube or Google account and we collect no data about you through the YouTube API Services. Every stored ID is checked with YouTube at least once every 30 days: if the video is no longer available we delete it, and a video that has not been checked in the last 30 days is not shown.

5. Technical data created by a visit

Like any website, our server records what your browser sends with each request: IP address, time of access, page address, browser and operating system. We use it only to keep the site available and secure and to fix technical errors.

6. Cookies set by the site itself

The site sets two cookies, both required for it to work, which expire after two hours:
a) live_session — remembers the competition you are following while you move around the site;
b) XSRF-TOKEN — a security token that prevents misuse of requests from other sites.
These cookies do not track you, contain no personal data and are not shared with anyone.

7. Google Analytics and Google ads

We use Google Analytics for visit statistics and show ads through Google AdSense on some pages. These services set their own cookies and may collect data about your visit, including your IP address, under Google's rules. You can limit them in your browser settings or in the ad settings of your Google account.

8. How long we keep data

Competition results are kept permanently as the federation's sporting archive. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to maintain and secure the site. A contest video ID is kept while the video is available on YouTube, and checked at least once every 30 days.

9. Your rights

You may request access to data about you, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Send your request to office@jss.rs. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
